A Policy Officer

The Policy Officer will be responsible for the development and promotion of a range of NWCI policy positions and for overseeing key research projects.

You will be interested in this job if you have:

• At least 3 years experience in a social policy role in the Community and Voluntary or other relevant sector
• A relevant 3^rd level qualification
• Research and analytical skills
• An understanding of and commitment to women's equality from a feminist perspective
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to represent the NWCI in all aspects of media
• Enthusiasm and Initiative
